Why the EC-Council CEH certification?

The Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) is one of the best-known offensive-security credentials. It validates that you can think like an attacker — footprinting a target, scanning and enumerating services, exploiting systems and web applications, and covering the wireless, mobile, IoT, cloud and cryptography attack surfaces — using the same methodology defenders need to understand to stop real intrusions.

Getting hands-on

Pair CertQuests practice with a home lab — Kali Linux against intentionally vulnerable targets such as Metasploitable or DVWA, or EC-Council's own iLabs ranges. The 312-50 exam rewards recognising tools and their output, so run Nmap, Burp Suite and Wireshark yourself rather than only reading about them.
